uruchom.ai to statyczna strona-wizytówka. Nie prowadzimy własnej analityki odwiedzin, nie integrujemy narzędzi marketingowych, a poza opisanym niżej mechanizmem antybotowym strona nie zapisuje plików cookie. Poza tym jedyne, co strona zapisuje w Twojej przeglądarce, to wybór jasnego lub ciemnego motywu. Zapis znika po zamknięciu karty, służy wyłącznie wyświetleniu strony zgodnie z Twoim ustawieniem i nie pozwala Cię rozpoznać. Strona zawiera formularz kontaktowy, opisany niżej, który wysyła podane w nim dane na nasz serwer. Odrębna podstrona Portalu Klienta zawiera testowy formularz logowania. Strona nie wysyła ani nie zapisuje wpisanych w nim danych, a każda próba logowania kończy się odmową. Komunikaty widoczne na tej podstronie są przykładowe.

Stronę serwuje infrastruktura Cloudflare, Inc. Przy każdym wejściu na stronę Cloudflare, jako nasz dostawca hostingu, przetwarza standardowe dane żądania HTTP: adres IP, adres otwieranej podstrony i nagłówki przeglądarki. Dane te służą dostarczeniu strony, jej ochronie i zbiorczym statystykom ruchu po stronie Cloudflare. W razie błędów połączenia Twoja przeglądarka może przesłać do Cloudflare (a.nel.cloudflare.com) automatyczny raport o nieudanym połączeniu; raporty te służą wyłącznie utrzymaniu infrastruktury i nie obejmują treści strony ani formularza. Do przekazania danych poza EOG stosuje się decyzję Komisji o adekwatności dla EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework oraz standardowe klauzule umowne.

Zasoby lokalne

Ta wersja strony używa lokalnie dostarczanych plików IBM Plex oraz lokalnych zasobów graficznych i skryptowych. Jedynym zewnętrznym skryptem jest weryfikacja antybotowa Cloudflare Turnstile przy formularzu kontaktowym, opisana niżej; poza tym strona nie ładuje zewnętrznych usług fontów ani narzędzi śledzących.

Jeżeli napiszesz do nas na kontakt@uruchom.ai, przetwarzamy dane podane w wiadomości wyłącznie po to, aby odpowiedzieć i prowadzić rozmowę biznesową. Nie dodajemy korespondencji do list mailingowych i nie przekazujemy jej podmiotom trzecim na potrzeby marketingu.

Dane z formularza kontaktowego służą nam wyłącznie do tego, żeby odpowiedzieć na wiadomość i prowadzić dalszą rozmowę. Podstawą jest art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f RODO, czyli nasz prawnie uzasadniony interes w obsłudze zapytań kierowanych do firmy. Nie prosimy o zgodę, bo do odpowiedzi na wiadomość nie jest potrzebna. Podanie danych jest dobrowolne, ale oba pola formularza są potrzebne, żebyśmy mogli odpowiedzieć: bez adresu e-mail i treści wiadomości odpowiedź nie jest możliwa.

Formularz dołącza do wiadomości techniczne dane antyspamowe: czas wypełniania formularza, losowy identyfikator zgłoszenia nadawany przy otwarciu strony oraz stan ukrytego pola-pułapki na boty. Służą wyłącznie do oznaczenia w temacie wiadomości zgłoszeń, które wyglądają na automatyczne; nigdy nie blokują dostarczenia wiadomości i są usuwane razem z korespondencją.

Formularz kontaktowy jest częścią strony głównej, dlatego skrypt weryfikacji antybotowej Cloudflare Turnstile ładuje się z domeny challenges.cloudflare.com przy każdym otwarciu strony głównej. Już w tym momencie, niezależnie od tego, czy wyślesz wiadomość, Cloudflare przetwarza adres IP, odcisk TLS, nagłówek User-Agent oraz identyfikator strony w celu odróżnienia ludzi od botów. Cloudflare może przy tym zapisać w przeglądarce techniczny plik cookie, służący wyłącznie potwierdzeniu, że weryfikacja została zaliczona. Pozytywna weryfikacja jest warunkiem wysłania wiadomości.

Wiadomość przechodzi przez naszych dostawców: Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting strony, obsługa formularza i wysyłka wiadomości e-mail; siedziba w USA, przekazanie poza EOG na podstawie decyzji Komisji o adekwatności dla EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework oraz standardowych klauzul umownych) oraz Heinlein Hosting GmbH (skrzynka pocztowa mailbox.org, serwery w Niemczech). Poza tym nie przekazujemy korespondencji nikomu i nie dopisujemy jej do żadnej listy mailingowej.

Korespondencję usuwamy po 12 miesiącach od ostatniej wiadomości. Jeżeli rozmowa doprowadzi do współpracy, dane przechowujemy przez czas trwania umowy i przez okres wymagany przepisami o rachunkowości i prawem podatkowym.

Masz prawo dostępu do swoich danych, ich sprostowania, usunięcia oraz ograniczenia przetwarzania.

W każdej chwili możesz wnieść sprzeciw wobec przetwarzania Twoich danych. Wystarczy wiadomość na kontakt@uruchom.ai. Wtedy przestajemy, chyba że wykażemy istnienie ważnych prawnie uzasadnionych podstaw nadrzędnych wobec Twoich interesów i praw.

Możesz też złożyć skargę do Prezesa Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stanisława Moniuszki 1A, 00-014 Warszawa. Nie profilujemy i nie podejmujemy wobec Ciebie decyzji w sposób automatyczny.

Dane z jawnych źródeł i pierwszy kontakt z firmą

Firmy do kontaktu wybieramy z danych jawnych: odpisów z KRS, stron firm i komercyjnych baz informacji gospodarczej. Jeżeli rejestr ujawnia Cię jako członka organu, prokurenta albo wspólnika, przetwarzamy Twoje imię i nazwisko, funkcję i ogólne dane kontaktowe firmy. Podstawą jest nasz prawnie uzasadniony interes (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f RODO): nawiązanie kontaktu służbowego w sprawie usługi dla firmy.

Kolejność kontaktu wynika z oceny danych spółek (formy prawnej, branży, wielkości i wyników), którą w dużej mierze wykonujemy ręcznie. Ocena dotyczy firm i nie wywołuje wobec Ciebie skutków prawnych.

Odbiorcami są dostawcy wymienieni wyżej oraz dostawcy narzędzi AI używanych przy notatkach o firmach i wiadomościach: Anthropic i OpenAI. Do USA przekazujemy je na podstawie standardowych klauzul umownych, a u uczestników EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework także decyzji Komisji o adekwatności.

Korespondencję przechowujemy nie dłużej niż 12 miesięcy od ostatniej wiadomości, a gdy firma nie odpowie, od dnia naszej. Dane rejestrowe usuwamy albo pozbawiamy danych osobowych nie później niż 12 miesięcy od pobrania. Sprzeciw zgłosisz odpowiedzią na naszą wiadomość albo na kontakt@uruchom.ai; wtedy adres firmy trafia na listę wykluczeń. Prawa wymienione wyżej dotyczą także tych danych.

Site scope

uruchom.ai is a static brochure website. We run no visitor analytics of our own, we integrate no marketing tools, and beyond the anti-bot mechanism described below the site sets no cookies. Beyond that, the only thing the site stores in your browser is your choice of the light or dark theme. That entry disappears when you close the tab, serves only to display the page according to your setting, and cannot identify you. The site includes a contact form, described below, which sends the data you submit to our server. A separate Client Portal page includes a test login form. The site does not send or store what you type into it, and every login attempt fails. The messages shown on that page are examples.

The site is served by Cloudflare, Inc. infrastructure. On every visit Cloudflare, as our hosting provider, processes standard HTTP request data: your IP address, the page requested and your browser headers. This data serves to deliver and protect the site and feeds Cloudflare-side aggregate traffic statistics. On connection failures your browser may send an automatic error report to Cloudflare (a.nel.cloudflare.com); these reports serve infrastructure maintenance only and contain no page or form content. Transfers outside the EEA rest on the European Commission's adequacy decision for the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and on standard contractual clauses.

Local assets

This version of the site serves IBM Plex files and visual/script assets from local first-party files. The one external script is the Cloudflare Turnstile anti-bot check on the contact form, described below; beyond that the site loads no external font services or tracking tools.

If you email us at kontakt@uruchom.ai, we process the information you provide only to reply and continue the business conversation. We do not add correspondence to mailing lists and do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

We use the data from the contact form only to reply to your message and to continue the conversation. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in handling enquiries addressed to the company. We do not ask for your consent, because answering your message does not need it. Giving us your data is voluntary, but both fields on the form are needed for us to reply: without your email address and your message we cannot answer.

The form attaches technical anti-spam metadata to your message: the time taken to fill the form, a random submission id generated when the page loads, and the state of a hidden bot-trap field. We use it only to mark likely automated submissions in the subject line; it never blocks delivery and is deleted together with the correspondence.

The contact form is part of the homepage, so the Cloudflare Turnstile anti-bot script loads from challenges.cloudflare.com every time the homepage opens. At that moment, whether or not you send a message, Cloudflare processes your IP address, TLS fingerprint, User-Agent header and the site identifier to tell humans from bots. Cloudflare may set a technical cookie in your browser, used solely to confirm the check was passed. Passing the check is required for the message to be sent.

Your message passes through our providers: Cloudflare, Inc. (site hosting, form handling and outbound email dispatch; based in the USA, with transfers outside the EEA covered by the European Commission's adequacy decision for the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and by standard contractual clauses) and Heinlein Hosting GmbH (our mailbox.org mailbox, servers in Germany). Beyond that, we do not pass correspondence to anyone and do not add it to any mailing list.

We delete correspondence 12 months after the last message. If the conversation leads to cooperation, we keep the data for the duration of the contract and for the period required by accounting and tax law.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict processing of your data.

You can object to our processing of your data at any time. An email to kontakt@uruchom.ai is enough. We will then stop, unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds which override your interests and rights.

You can also lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Data Protection Authority (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych), ul. Stanisława Moniuszki 1A, 00-014 Warszawa, Poland. We do not profile you and we do not make automated decisions about you.

Public-source data and first contact with a company

We select companies to contact from public data: National Court Register (KRS) extracts, company websites and commercial business-information databases. If the register lists you as a member of a governing body, a commercial proxy (prokurent) or a partner, we process your name, your function and the company's general contact details. The legal basis is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR): making business contact about a service for the company.

The order of contact follows an assessment of company data (legal form, sector, size and results), which we carry out largely by hand. The assessment concerns companies and has no legal effect on you.

Recipients are the providers named above and the providers of the AI tools we use for company notes and messages: Anthropic and OpenAI. Transfers to the USA rest on standard contractual clauses and, for participants in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, also on the Commission's adequacy decision.

We keep correspondence no longer than 12 months from the last message, or from the date of our message if the company never replies. Register data is deleted or stripped of personal data no later than 12 months after collection. To object, reply to our message or write to kontakt@uruchom.ai; the company address then goes on an exclusion list. The rights listed above also apply to this data.
