uruchom.ai to statyczna strona-wizytówka. Nie używa plików cookie, nie zbiera danych analitycznych i nie integruje narzędzi marketingowych. Jedyne, co strona zapisuje w Twojej przeglądarce, to wybór jasnego lub ciemnego motywu. Zapis znika po zamknięciu karty, służy wyłącznie wyświetleniu strony zgodnie z Twoim ustawieniem i nie pozwala Cię rozpoznać. Strona zawiera formularz kontaktowy, opisany niżej, który wysyła podane w nim dane na nasz serwer. Odrębna podstrona Portalu Klienta, linkowana ze stopki strony głównej, zawiera testowy formularz logowania. Strona nie wysyła ani nie zapisuje wpisanych w nim danych, a każda próba logowania kończy się odmową. Komunikaty widoczne na tej podstronie są przykładowe.

Zasoby lokalne

Ta wersja strony używa lokalnie dostarczanych plików IBM Plex oraz lokalnych zasobów graficznych i skryptowych. Jedynym zewnętrznym skryptem jest weryfikacja antybotowa Cloudflare Turnstile przy formularzu kontaktowym, opisana niżej; poza tym strona nie ładuje zewnętrznych usług fontów ani narzędzi śledzących.

Jeżeli napiszesz do nas na kontakt@uruchom.ai, przetwarzamy dane podane w wiadomości wyłącznie po to, aby odpowiedzieć i prowadzić rozmowę biznesową. Nie dodajemy korespondencji do list mailingowych i nie przekazujemy jej podmiotom trzecim na potrzeby marketingu.

Dane z formularza kontaktowego służą nam wyłącznie do tego, żeby odpowiedzieć na wiadomość i prowadzić dalszą rozmowę. Podstawą jest art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f RODO, czyli nasz prawnie uzasadniony interes w obsłudze zapytań kierowanych do firmy. Nie prosimy o zgodę, bo do odpowiedzi na wiadomość nie jest potrzebna. Podanie danych jest dobrowolne, ale oba pola formularza są potrzebne, żebyśmy mogli odpowiedzieć: bez adresu e-mail i treści wiadomości odpowiedź nie jest możliwa.

Formularz dołącza do wiadomości techniczne dane antyspamowe: czas wypełniania formularza, losowy identyfikator zgłoszenia nadawany przy otwarciu strony oraz stan ukrytego pola-pułapki na boty. Służą wyłącznie do oznaczenia w temacie wiadomości zgłoszeń, które wyglądają na automatyczne; nigdy nie blokują dostarczenia wiadomości i są usuwane razem z korespondencją.

Przed wysłaniem wiadomości formularz przechodzi weryfikację antybotową Cloudflare Turnstile. W tym celu Cloudflare przetwarza adres IP, odcisk TLS, nagłówek User-Agent oraz identyfikator strony; nie używa przy tym plików cookie. Pozytywna weryfikacja jest warunkiem wysłania wiadomości. Skrypt weryfikacji ładowany jest z domeny challenges.cloudflare.com wyłącznie na stronie z formularzem.

Wiadomość przechodzi przez naszych dostawców: Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting strony, obsługa formularza i wysyłka wiadomości e-mail; siedziba w USA, przekazanie poza EOG na podstawie decyzji Komisji o adekwatności dla EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework oraz standardowych klauzul umownych) oraz Heinlein Hosting GmbH (skrzynka pocztowa mailbox.org, serwery w Niemczech). Poza tym nie przekazujemy korespondencji nikomu i nie dopisujemy jej do żadnej listy mailingowej.

Korespondencję usuwamy po 12 miesiącach od ostatniej wiadomości. Jeżeli rozmowa doprowadzi do współpracy, dane przechowujemy przez czas trwania umowy i przez okres wymagany przepisami o rachunkowości i prawem podatkowym.

Masz prawo dostępu do swoich danych, ich sprostowania, usunięcia oraz ograniczenia przetwarzania.

W każdej chwili możesz wnieść sprzeciw wobec przetwarzania Twoich danych. Wystarczy wiadomość na kontakt@uruchom.ai. Wtedy przestajemy, chyba że wykażemy istnienie ważnych prawnie uzasadnionych podstaw nadrzędnych wobec Twoich interesów i praw.

Możesz też złożyć skargę do Prezesa Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stanisława Moniuszki 1A, 00-014 Warszawa. Nie profilujemy i nie podejmujemy wobec Ciebie decyzji w sposób automatyczny.

Jeżeli napiszesz do nas przez WhatsApp (numer podany w stopce), przetwarzamy Twój numer telefonu i treść wiadomości tak samo: wyłącznie po to, żeby odpowiedzieć i prowadzić rozmowę biznesową. Wiadomości przechodzą przez infrastrukturę dostawcy komunikatora WhatsApp na zasadach opisanych w jego polityce prywatności; jeżeli wolisz tego uniknąć, napisz na kontakt@uruchom.ai.

Site scope

uruchom.ai is a static brochure website. It does not use cookies, does not collect analytics data, and does not integrate marketing tools. The only thing the site stores in your browser is your choice of the light or dark theme. That entry disappears when you close the tab, serves only to display the page according to your setting, and cannot identify you. The site includes a contact form, described below, which sends the data you submit to our server. A separate Client Portal page, linked from the homepage footer, includes a test login form. The site does not send or store what you type into it, and every login attempt fails. The messages shown on that page are examples.

Local assets

This version of the site serves IBM Plex files and visual/script assets from local first-party files. The one external script is the Cloudflare Turnstile anti-bot check on the contact form, described below; beyond that the site loads no external font services or tracking tools.

If you email us at kontakt@uruchom.ai, we process the information you provide only to reply and continue the business conversation. We do not add correspondence to mailing lists and do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

We use the data from the contact form only to reply to your message and to continue the conversation. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in handling enquiries addressed to the company. We do not ask for your consent, because answering your message does not need it. Giving us your data is voluntary, but both fields on the form are needed for us to reply: without your email address and your message we cannot answer.

The form attaches technical anti-spam metadata to your message: the time taken to fill the form, a random submission id generated when the page loads, and the state of a hidden bot-trap field. We use it only to mark likely automated submissions in the subject line; it never blocks delivery and is deleted together with the correspondence.

Before a message is sent, the form runs a Cloudflare Turnstile anti-bot check. For this purpose Cloudflare processes your IP address, TLS fingerprint, User-Agent header and the site identifier; no cookies are used. Passing the check is required for the message to be sent. The verification script loads from challenges.cloudflare.com only on the page with the form.

Your message passes through our providers: Cloudflare, Inc. (site hosting, form handling and outbound email dispatch; based in the USA, with transfers outside the EEA covered by the European Commission's adequacy decision for the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and by standard contractual clauses) and Heinlein Hosting GmbH (our mailbox.org mailbox, servers in Germany). Beyond that, we do not pass correspondence to anyone and do not add it to any mailing list.

We delete correspondence 12 months after the last message. If the conversation leads to cooperation, we keep the data for the duration of the contract and for the period required by accounting and tax law.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict processing of your data.

You can object to our processing of your data at any time. An email to kontakt@uruchom.ai is enough. We will then stop, unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds which override your interests and rights.

You can also lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Data Protection Authority (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych), ul. Stanisława Moniuszki 1A, 00-014 Warszawa, Poland. We do not profile you and we do not make automated decisions about you.

If you write to us on WhatsApp (the number is in the site footer), we process your phone number and the content of your messages the same way: only to reply and to keep up the business conversation. Messages pass through the infrastructure of the WhatsApp messaging provider under the terms described in its privacy policy; if you prefer to avoid that, write to kontakt@uruchom.ai.
